Policies
- If any guest on the tour is disrespectful, disruptive or blatantly belligerent on the tour they will be asked to leave.
- If any guests on the tour are displaying signs of using substances prior to or while on the tour they will be asked to leave.
- If any guests are touching artifacts or taking pictures of objects or areas that have been deemed off limits they will be asked to leave.
- If at any time during the tour a guest is feeling ill or not themselves they are asked to inform the tour guide right away.
- If you are intuitive and try to cross spirits over during the tour, you will be banished from the tour and the site for life. We take great pride in taking care of our spirits and ghosts and do not need any outside influence disrespecting the heritage site and the spirits that still reside there.
Maximum 2 groups of 12 people per tour
Spaced are limited for the 2025 season. Maximum 2 groups of 12 people ~ 24 people per tour for the first couple of tours.
Other Information
Dress to the weather
Not all buildings are heated. It is recommended to dress in layers to stay warm. Also wear comfortable shoes.
Age requirement
17+. The tour is not recommended for children under the age of 17.
Prices
Regular scheduled tours $25 per person
Private tours $40 per person
Halloween tour $50 per person
Proceeds go to the 108 Mile Heritage Site.
All tour tickets need to be pre-paid and are non-refundable.
Private Tours
Private tours are available when booked in advance and includes extras not included in the regular tour.
Must be booked and paid for in full in advance of the tour.
Tour will take place on Saturday nights when a regular tour is not scheduled.
Minimum 10 people.

Registration and check in is at the Museum which is the big red house on the premises.
Proceeds go to the 108 Heritage Site.
Halloween Tour
Maximum 50 people.
$50 per person.
Registration and payment in advance of this event is required.
